Hi pals.,i wish u all a HAPPY PONGAL!
Just thought of sharing with you all about my trip to "City of chicks" Mumbai. It was the 6th day in my first semester holidays.I was struggling to kill my time literally scratching the walls, because most of ma pals had college at that time. Then atlast the day came December 21st,boarded the 6:15pm Air deccan air bus A420.I was peeping through the window and enjoying the array of city lights.Atlast landed Mumbai by 7:30pm on dot. Then got myself a comfortable place in my uncle's
house and had a tight sleep.

DAY 1:
Next day morning started to
my uncle's office SEBI (securities and exchanges board
of India)kinda secured place, still entered that office
through my uncle's influence.God!my head took a 360
degree rotation at the civil engineering work of that office a "master piece"

Then After that had my lunch in a near by food court. That day being a friday all the office members can dress informally.. whoaaaa! what a side seeing in that food court!(lolz). Then from there our next place of visit is Juhu beach its kinda parsh area. But the beach is not that much good when compared to chennai besi(besant nagar elliots beach).
Then straight from Juhu to 'INORBIT'- a sophesticated mall.Damn! believe me you can see what Mumbai is, in that place ,fullllllllllllla chicks, donno where to look.got hypnotised yaar!spent some 3 hours in that place as i can never see that kinda place anywhere in Chennai. That was the of the first day.
Day 2:
After having loots of sweet dreams woke up the next day morning .That day was planned fully to visit some holy places in the out skirts of Mumbai.Travelling in Mumbai Express highway was a great experience.First we visited a temple called GANESH PURI.The speciality of this temple is that it has a hot water spring and it is believed that if people take bath in that spring they will be off from there physical ailments and sins
Then the second temple was "VAJRESHWARI".This temple also had a similar hot water spring and a traditional tomb with it.
Then our last temple for that day is MAHALAKSHMI temple which is owned by Gujarathies.Obviously you can see lots of gujjis visiting that temple.
That was the end of that day's schedule.
DAY 3:
Those two days went like seconds and no wonder the third day was also like the same .We allotted the whole day for shopping. My uncle -The local guide(hehehe) took us to all famous shopping centers.Finished my full shopping with in the budget allocated by my mom(if not she ll screw me..lolz)
Day 4:visit to Shirdhi
That day was the last day of my trip.We started from our place by 6:00am to Shirdhi in a Toyoto Qualis. It a five hours journey we reached shirdhi. That day being a holiday the temple is jam packed with the devotees of Sai Baba.We had to stand in the que for 3 hours to get our darshan .After our Darshan we filled our stomach and started back to Mumbai at 5:00pm and reached our place by 11:30pm .
That trip was a memorable one .cant forget enjoyed loads!!!
