6pack FeVeR

Sipping a cup of hot coffee on one fine morning in my holidays i was glancing through the dailys. I'm not a patient reader so i used to just filter some interesting news from them and read it.Suddenly an article caught my attention,it was about a famous south Indian star(Surya) who got 6 pack abs for his upcoming movie(vaaranamayiram)-pardon me for the spelling.I was amazed that even some stuffs like this can come as a news?wondered why.So i started a research in this and wanted to know its hidden facts.Im going to gym regularly for about a year and a half but this was the first time i started thinking about this abs thing.I asked my gym trainer like i want to get six pack abs is it possible for me??He was like yeah why not. Then he gave me an instruction sheet which had some diet schedule that should be followed daily. The list goes like this

>Avoid taking sweets, choclates, ice creams and curd.
>Dont take carbohydrates in the food after evening 4.
>Avoid junk foods like pizzas, burgers and masala items.
>Take enough proteins in the form of cereals, pulses etc.
>Dont skip any meal of a day.
>Take lots of fruits in your diet and drink loads of water.and blah blah...

After reading that long list my trainer took me for a workout for abs. After one hour i came out like as though i have starved for ages(lol)He literally twisted my spine(omg! what a tough day it was)The workout was so very exhausting and my situation got more bad when my trainer told that we can have the main workout tomorrow, today was just a warm up for abs.My head started spinning and i was barely alive(lol). As soon as i went home i told my mom about my new diet schedule. I strictly followed my diet for a week.I cant hold it anymore that too in my holidays when i used to feel as though i was born to eat in this world. So i have decided to be happy with what i have and not to try anymore for such crazy stuffs. Then i realised why its coming as a news when some stars get a 6pack.
