A VIOLIN PIECE..... LOVE THAT !!!

Hi mates. In this post im uploading one BGM composed by me(with fruity loops)listen to that violin piece in that i simply luv that..im the first fan for my music!!!!(dont care even if im the last)

how to compose notes?
right click on any instrument you want and select piano roll(refer the picture above)

then a window as shown above opens. In that you will be having the keys arrayed vertically.Every column in that window represents the time gap you should leave between each note. The above picture shows the notes of that violin piece.depending on the tempo place the blocks accordingly and play any notes you want.Similarly this trick can be used to create the beats of your own.The difference is you just gonna add some kick drum or a snare or a hihat in place of those instruments. In the bottom of that window you can see some green vertical bars, they represents the velocity(volume) of each note .Similarly you can change the pitch, panning(transfer of sound from one side of speaker to other) effects for each note by using the drop down arrow in the bottom pane

heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy can we do remix with fruity loops?

yes my dear pal.It is a virtual studio .You can do any professional stuffs related to music with this software. For eg:i remixed the famous song raghupathi ragavarajaram with this software. The song first had only the voice and some light string instruments behind.I have added digital beats and many instruments behind that with this software.Check that out it is really interesting.

longgggg awaitedd iphone-yiipeeeeee!!

The iPhone is a multimedia and internet quad-band GSM EDGE mobile phone designed and sold by Apple. The iPhone's functions include those of a camera phone and a multimedia player. It also offers Internet services including e-mail,text messaging web browsing, Visual Voicemail, and local Wi-Fi connectivity. User input is accomplished via a multi-touch screen with virtual keyboard and buttons. Apple has filed more than 200 patents related to the technology behind the iPhone. The iPhone is available from Apple Retail Stores, the Apple Online Store, and from AT&T Mobility, formerly Cingular Wireless, with a price of US$499 for the 4GB model and US$599 for the 8 GB model. Apple intends to make the phone available in Europe and Canada in Q4 2007; Mexico, Australia, and Asia in 2008; and Brazil in 2009

TOUCH SCREEN:

The 3.5 in liquid crystal display HVGA touch screen topped with optical-quality glass[3] is specifically created for use with a finger, or multiple fingers for multi-touch sensing. Because the screen is a capacitive touch screen, no stylus is needed, nor can one be used.[4][5] The requirement for bare skin to be used has caused concerns for users in areas with winter climates; gloves worn would then have to be removed to use the touchpad.[6][7]

For text input, the device implements a virtual keyboard on the [8] The New York Times' David Pogue and Wall Street Journal's Walt Mossberg, who both tested the iPhone for two weeks, found learning to use it initially difficult, although eventually usable, with Pogue stating use was "frustrating" and "text entry is not the iPhone’s strong suit" but Mossberg considered the keyboard a "nonissue." Both found that the typo-correcting feature of the iPhone was the key to using the virtual keyboard successfully.[9][10]

Belive me computers can play mirudangam!

holaaa..this post is mainy is tell more about fruity loops. The main advantage with this software is that it is very user friendly.you can easily learn it juz by workin and learning the tutorials coming with that.

This above picture shows the working environment of the software. In the the each block namely-'kick','clap','hihat' represents the instruments currently loaded.and the small block arrayed after that reprents where to play that instrument in a 16 beat rhythm. You even play the notes for an instrument using the piano roll option. (ref pic below in the pop up option)

Coming to the point about playing mirudangam..first record each and every beat of a mirudangam ,edit it properly using any wave editor (namely sound forge, nero wave editor etc)then save it as a wave file in any of the folders where fruity loops is installed .then open fruity loops .and by browsing in the left pane add that recorded file as an instrument.then play the required jadhi you want(beat)It works pakka.try it.

use the player above to listen to my sample mirudangam beat or Click here to download

Is composing music a childs play?

well it is of great importance to learn music for composing it?
yeah its obviously a main ingredient.
Is there any possibilities to compose music without knowing any shit about it?
yeah it is also possible if you are creative and if u know some jaado(magic)of how to handle some music softwares.Mainly im gonna share with you guys about the latter one.Basically im an amateur mirudangam player(percussion instrument)well just knowing the above its impossible for a person to compose even small bit of music. But one day some 3 years before i came across a sofware called Fruity loops.whoaaaa!believe me its literally a virtual studio yaar. You can even compose music for a full length feature film without even handling a single instrument in reality but involves some grey matter.Thats how my passion for composing music started
