"Lonely Movie"-My personal experience

That was the day where my one month of torture got over (Semester exams). I decided to celebrate it by going for the "Vaaranam aairam" movie. I started messaging all contacts right from a-z in my mobile to find out who are all coming for the movie. But i got no as reply from everyone as they all saw that movie before itself. These kind of incidents are not quite new for me so I decided to go alone for the movie. I got all kind of worst criticism from my friends that how pathetic i am to go for a movie alone. What is so much odd in going for a movie alone???i decided not to give a dam for them and proceeded with my plan. I booked for the evening show and the movie was scheduled to start by 6:45p.m as usual i went late to the theatre with a great curiosity to know what i missed. When I turned to the guy next to me asking what happened in the first few minutes of the movie he gave a worst look on earth saying that the movie has not started yet. Thank god! I got myself comfortable and eased myself by stretching my legs and leaning against the cushioned seat. The movie started and everything went well. The movie was so interesting that I never repented for going alone. Suddenly the guy next to me called me and asked me to turn off my mobile as the light from my mobile is disturbing him when ever I get a sms it seems. So I was having the mobile away from him. But still he was not ok with that and he wanted me to turn off my mobile. I got dam pissed off with him and told him "See the movie why looking at what I am doing” He screwed up my mood and I lost the interest in the movie. Then after some time that same guy who was bullying with me got a call in his mobile. I just turned and gave him a cinematic villain sort of look. I realized why going for a movie alone is so horrible at that time and have decided not to do it again in my life.

Nokia 5800-The Best competitor for i-phone

Nokia has joined the fray and its Tube smartphone - or Nokia 5800 XpressMusic - has the potential to eat into Apple’s market share.
Nokia’s touchscreen is arguably on a par with the Apple handset and is likely to cost significantly less when the final operator packages are worked out. Nokia says the phone will cost about £220 before taxes and subsidies.
Here are the highlights of a phone that, together with Google’s G1 phone, will make the mobile smartphone battle really interesting.

There is a 3.2-inch display, smaller than the iPhone's. But with a widescreen 640 x 360 pixel display and 30 frames-per-second playback and recording, the device provides high-quality video recording and playback.The handset features a 3.2-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens. With a single touch, images or videos can be shared via websites such as Flickr or Facebook.
The layout of icons and access to the main functions works well and Nokia is very keen on its innovative “Media Bar” - a drop-down menu that provides direct access to the phone’s myriad music and entertainment features.
One of the biggest features is Nokia’s ground-breaking Comes With Music feature, which enables people to buy a Nokia device with a year of unlimited access to tracks from the Nokia Music Store. Once the year is complete, customers can keep all their music.
The 5800 Tube provides one-touch access to browse and purchase tracks from the store.
There are strong music features to go with Comes with Music - a graphic equaliser and support for all the main digital formats. But there is only 8GB of memory in the form of a microSD card (enough for 6,000 tracks) and many music fans will be disappointed. Many other phones (including the iPhone) already offer 16GB. Nokia says a 16GB card will be available in 2009.
The Tube offers iPhone-ish web surfing with the usual 3G, HSDPA and wi-fi connectivity, but the sensitivity of the screen is not quite up to Apple’s sexy standard. However there is support for Flash, which allows users to get at much more of the web’s content than with Apple's Flashless handset.
There is an FM radio and powerful built-in stereo speakers, said to offer the biggest sound of any mobile.
Perhaps one of the most interesting innovations is that the phone supports handwriting. As well as inputting your e-mail or message using the virtual alphanumeric keypad or the virtual computer-style QWERTY keyboard, you can use a pen stylus to write on the touchscreen. The cost of the phone approximately comes around 370$.And the phone is planned to be released by December end.

A review about LASIK & iLASIK

Laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis abbreviated as LASIK is a refractive laser eye surgery done to correct some eye defects like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. This type of surgery is mainly used by NASA and military to increase the performance of their workers. This LASIK is certified by DOD (Department of Defense) and NASA as the most safer and efficient surgery that can be performed without any hesitations. The modern side of this LASIK is referred as iLASIK. This new technology uses two LASER beams instead of one, as in the previous version of LASIK. Nokia N96-This is what computers have become!

Nokia's flagship smartphone just got better! Complete with 16 GB built-in memory, GPS satellite navigation, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, 3G video calling, and every other gadget you can think of! On the downside it's large, battery life is poor, and the Symbian operating system is still not 100% reliable.

The Nokia N96 is probably the most eagerly anticipated phone release of 2008. But that's partly because we've been anticipating it for so long! Lengthy delays usually mean that the engineers struggled to deliver what the marketing boys promised, so we're going to be checking the N96 very carefully for signs that some of it may not work quite as it should.

But first of all, let's take the phone out of its box and just admire it, because it's a lovely piece of kit. It's big of course - slightly bigger even than the N95, and a touch heavier too - but it's not the heaviest phone ever. But putting that to one side, it's still a really nice phone to look at. It's smoother and curvier than the N95, and the buttons are less confusing.

Now, looking at the specs, it's hard to see why the N96 took such a long time to appear, because on paper it's not very different to the N95 8GB. The only significant differences are the upgrade of the Series 60 user interface from 3.1 to 3.2, the increase in flash memory from 8GB to 16GB, and the addition of Live TV. Yes, with an internal antenna and a DVB-H TV tuner, the Nokia N96 has been designed to let you watch telly on your phone. But unfortunately there is no DVB-H system broadcasting in the UK, so you can't! The good old BBC has made its iPlayer application compatible with the N96 however, so you can at least stream BBC TV and radio content to your phone, which is arguably more useful than watching broadcast TV anyway.

We noted above that the operating system has been upgraded. Well about time too, because we found the N95 to be slow and unreliable. The N96 seems to be a more stable platform, but it still freezes from time to time. Also, in our reviews of smartphones we always like to point out that if you're not familiar with the Symbian operating system, you'll find using a smartphone like the N96 much more of a challenge than using a mobile phone with a "dumb" OS.

Chandrayaan!

Chandrayaan is an unmanned lunar exploration mission by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). The mission includes a lunar orbiter as well as an impactor. The spacecraft will be launched by a modified version of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle.
The remote sensing satellite will weigh 1304 kg (590 kg initial orbit mass and 504 kg dry mass) and carry high resolution remote sensing equipment for visible, near infrared, soft and hard X-ray frequencies. Over a two-year period, it is intended to survey the lunar surface to produce a complete map of its chemical characteristics and 3-dimensional topography. The polar regions are of special interest, as they might contain water ice. This vehicle carries about 3 payloads. Chandrayaan will be having about 750kg of fuel to cross the earth's atmosphere and about 75kg s of fuel to revolve around moon to take 3-d pictures of it. The launch is scheduled next month at Sriharikotta and a 52 hour count down will start in a couple of weeks.

Recently i read this article regarding Honda's latest invention of a walking assist for old people and also for those who have weak leg muscles.This invention will be an elixir for those people who are differently abled.Honda, which is already leading the race in manufacturing all sorts of luxurious cars at an affordable price,with this new invention will be touching several thousands of lives who will be benefited .This "Walking assist" basically works with the help of hip angle sensors which will guide ones walking by tracking the hip movement.Honda adopted this astonishing technology from the ASIMO robot.This product will be given a test run in the 2008 trade show in Osaka, Japan next week.
