A VIOLIN PIECE..... LOVE THAT !!!

Hi mates. In this post im uploading one BGM composed by me(with fruity loops)listen to that violin piece in that i simply luv that..im the first fan for my music!!!!(dont care even if im the last)

how to compose notes?
right click on any instrument you want and select piano roll(refer the picture above)

then a window as shown above opens. In that you will be having the keys arrayed vertically.Every column in that window represents the time gap you should leave between each note. The above picture shows the notes of that violin piece.depending on the tempo place the blocks accordingly and play any notes you want.Similarly this trick can be used to create the beats of your own.The difference is you just gonna add some kick drum or a snare or a hihat in place of those instruments. In the bottom of that window you can see some green vertical bars, they represents the velocity(volume) of each note .Similarly you can change the pitch, panning(transfer of sound from one side of speaker to other) effects for each note by using the drop down arrow in the bottom pane

MIke shinoda the coooool DJ

L.P---->even a small child whos crazy about hard rock music know what that L.P mean its nothin but linkin park. The famous hard rock band.Mike Shinoda is the founder of that band.Though the success of the band can be due to the combined effort of the band members but it is Mike shinoda who gave a magic to the music through his dj'in.Even though a slight cold war existed between the band members, like whos the best.thank god the band is still existing without splitting. To prove his charishma he composed a musical called SESSIONS.It s just fully an instrumental and his dj'in involved.mannnnnn dat music literally roksssssssss. He also has his own band called FORT MINOR
Some of his famous albums are
L.P---->Hybrid Theory,Meteora,Minutes to Midnight(recent one)
This mannnnnnnn rockssss im his die hard fannnn!!!

longgggg awaitedd iphone-yiipeeeeee!!

The iPhone is a multimedia and internet quad-band GSM EDGE mobile phone designed and sold by Apple. The iPhone's functions include those of a camera phone and a multimedia player. It also offers Internet services including e-mail,text messaging web browsing, Visual Voicemail, and local Wi-Fi connectivity. User input is accomplished via a multi-touch screen with virtual keyboard and buttons. Apple has filed more than 200 patents related to the technology behind the iPhone. The iPhone is available from Apple Retail Stores, the Apple Online Store, and from AT&T Mobility, formerly Cingular Wireless, with a price of US$499 for the 4GB model and US$599 for the 8 GB model. Apple intends to make the phone available in Europe and Canada in Q4 2007; Mexico, Australia, and Asia in 2008; and Brazil in 2009

TOUCH SCREEN:

The 3.5 in liquid crystal display HVGA touch screen topped with optical-quality glass[3] is specifically created for use with a finger, or multiple fingers for multi-touch sensing. Because the screen is a capacitive touch screen, no stylus is needed, nor can one be used.[4][5] The requirement for bare skin to be used has caused concerns for users in areas with winter climates; gloves worn would then have to be removed to use the touchpad.[6][7]

For text input, the device implements a virtual keyboard on the [8] The New York Times' David Pogue and Wall Street Journal's Walt Mossberg, who both tested the iPhone for two weeks, found learning to use it initially difficult, although eventually usable, with Pogue stating use was "frustrating" and "text entry is not the iPhone’s strong suit" but Mossberg considered the keyboard a "nonissue." Both found that the typo-correcting feature of the iPhone was the key to using the virtual keyboard successfully.[9][10]

Belive me computers can play mirudangam!

holaaa..this post is mainy is tell more about fruity loops. The main advantage with this software is that it is very user friendly.you can easily learn it juz by workin and learning the tutorials coming with that.

This above picture shows the working environment of the software. In the the each block namely-'kick','clap','hihat' represents the instruments currently loaded.and the small block arrayed after that reprents where to play that instrument in a 16 beat rhythm. You even play the notes for an instrument using the piano roll option. (ref pic below in the pop up option)

Coming to the point about playing mirudangam..first record each and every beat of a mirudangam ,edit it properly using any wave editor (namely sound forge, nero wave editor etc)then save it as a wave file in any of the folders where fruity loops is installed .then open fruity loops .and by browsing in the left pane add that recorded file as an instrument.then play the required jadhi you want(beat)It works pakka.try it.

use the player above to listen to my sample mirudangam beat or Click here to download

My trip to Mumbai(dec 21st -dec 26th)

Hi pals.,i wish u all a HAPPY PONGAL!

Just thought of sharing with you all about my trip to "City of chicks" Mumbai. It was the 6th day in my first semester holidays.I was struggling to kill my time literally scratching the walls, because most of ma pals had college at that time. Then atlast the day came December 21st,boarded the 6:15pm Air deccan air bus A420.I was peeping through the window and enjoying the array of city lights.Atlast landed Mumbai by 7:30pm on dot. Then got myself a comfortable place in my uncle's
house and had a tight sleep.

DAY 1:

Next day morning started to
my uncle's office SEBI (securities and exchanges board
of India)kinda secured place, still entered that office
through my uncle's influence.God!my head took a 360
degree rotation at the civil engineering work of that office a "master piece"

Then After that had my lunch in a near by food court. That day being a friday all the office members can dress informally.. whoaaaa! what a side seeing in that food court!(lolz). Then from there our next place of visit is Juhu beach its kinda parsh area. But the beach is not that much good when compared to chennai besi(besant nagar elliots beach).

Then straight from Juhu to 'INORBIT'- a sophesticated mall.Damn! believe me you can see what Mumbai is, in that place ,fullllllllllllla chicks, donno where to look.got hypnotised yaar!spent some 3 hours in that place as i can never see that kinda place anywhere in Chennai. That was the of the first day.

Day 2:

After having loots of sweet dreams woke up the next day morning .That day was planned fully to visit some holy places in the out skirts of Mumbai.Travelling in Mumbai Express highway was a great experience.First we visited a temple called GANESH PURI.The speciality of this temple is that it has a hot water spring and it is believed that if people take bath in that spring they will be off from there physical ailments and sins

Then the second temple was "VAJRESHWARI".This temple also had a similar hot water spring and a traditional tomb with it.

Then our last temple for that day is MAHALAKSHMI temple which is owned by Gujarathies.Obviously you can see lots of gujjis visiting that temple.

That was the end of that day's schedule.

DAY 3:

Those two days went like seconds and no wonder the third day was also like the same .We allotted the whole day for shopping. My uncle -The local guide(hehehe) took us to all famous shopping centers.Finished my full shopping with in the budget allocated by my mom(if not she ll screw me..lolz)

Day 4:visit to Shirdhi

That day was the last day of my trip.We started from our place by 6:00am to Shirdhi in a Toyoto Qualis. It a five hours journey we reached shirdhi. That day being a holiday the temple is jam packed with the devotees of Sai Baba.We had to stand in the que for 3 hours to get our darshan .After our Darshan we filled our stomach and started back to Mumbai at 5:00pm and reached our place by 11:30pm .

That trip was a memorable one .cant forget enjoyed loads!!!

About Mr.Prahlad Kakar's lecture on Jan 5th at kurukshetra in Anna university:

It was a moody cool evening, i was with my peers waiting outside the auditorium casually glancing at the other college girls as though i have never seen girls before(lolz). An announcement came from the most wanted guy from my college(Raghav prashant)stating"students please do attend the lecture by the famous ad film maker Mr.Prahlad Kakar at 4:00pm in the vivekananda auditorium".After that i was like ok let me just go and check that out. Then got myself a comfortable seat near the A.C so that i can sleep whenever i find that he is putting mokkai(boring). That guy (Mr.Prahlad Kakar)entered the auditorium. He was literally looking like a big mount in long white kurti with thick mustache and a long beard which gave a cover to his face.He slowly moved his big structure to the podium and started talking-"hi guys" whoaaa!he looks fifty and above but his voice sounds as though he is a just 20 years old youth. He was entertaining us for the full 2 hours. He stated that during his school days he never used to listen to the classes rather he will be dreaming. Then he was like -"now also iam doing the same but getting paid for that".He added that his strategy of ad making is just picturising all his dreams with some colourful cini big shots. He also shared his deep dark secrets like his crush for a girl called Faridha pande. As he liked her legs very much (hehehe..crazy guy he is)That evening was packed with fun.Enjoyed loads!!!

Is composing music a childs play?

well it is of great importance to learn music for composing it?
yeah its obviously a main ingredient.
Is there any possibilities to compose music without knowing any shit about it?
yeah it is also possible if you are creative and if u know some jaado(magic)of how to handle some music softwares.Mainly im gonna share with you guys about the latter one.Basically im an amateur mirudangam player(percussion instrument)well just knowing the above its impossible for a person to compose even small bit of music. But one day some 3 years before i came across a sofware called Fruity loops.whoaaaa!believe me its literally a virtual studio yaar. You can even compose music for a full length feature film without even handling a single instrument in reality but involves some grey matter.Thats how my passion for composing music started
