It has been decided that the 'pop' 'pop' popular cricketer Sachin Tendulkar will be acting in a movie on Lord Ganesha named "Vighnaharta Shri Siddhivinayak"(being an ardent devotee of Lord Ganesha himself).His role will be a very small one but im sure his fans will go crazy to see him in a guest role(including me).So he could be a trend setter for the cricketers acting in movies!!!

"Pongal" lO "Pongal"

Wishing all bloggers,my blog visitors,non visitors(future visitors) a very Happy pongal. Well what exactly is the significance of pongal festival.In olden days it was a celebration for farmers at the end of the year when they reap the crops(aruvadai in tamil). But now a days even people in cities urbanize this festival and celebrate. They make a special sweet called "pongal"(made out of milk and jaggery) and do some custom prayers for the prosperity of upcoming future. Next comes the main part of this festival, the special programs telecasted in all popular channels.A review of all new films which are released on this occasion,interviews of some currently popular actors(tho' it is no way related to the festival),telecasting newly released films etc entertain people the whole day. All these tv programs appears to be no way related to the pongal festival but actually it does and means a lot to this festival.Anyways happiness is the one we all want ,no doubt these sort of festivals fill our hearts with joy.

Best Hollywood movie mistakes!!

Hollywood film industry is considered to be the best in giving terrific, intellectual movies every year. But nothing stops even this industry in committing mistakes!!!!

here are some..

Gladiator
In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots will be over turned. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the over turned chariot.

The Matrix
In the scene where Agent Smith is questioning Neo, after Smith has sealed Neo's mouth shut and he is backed into the corner, when the camera cuts back to Smith you can clearly see a reflection of Neo still sitting down in the chair in his glasses .

Titanic
The lake that Jack told Rose he went ice fishing on when she was threatening to jump is Lake Wissota, a man-made lake in a place called Wisconsin near Chippewa Falls (where Jack grew up). The lake was only filled with water in the year 1918 when a power company built a dam on the Chippewa River, 6 years after the Titanic sank.

Spider-Man
In the scene where Mary Jane is being mugged by 4 men, Spider-Man throws 2 of the men into two windows behind Mary Jane. Then the camera retraces back to Spider-Man beating up the other two guys. When the camera goes back to Mary Jane the 2 windows are intact.

American Pie
In the bedroom scene the girl is holding a clear cup full of beer. The camera goes off her and when it comes back she is holding a blue cup. The camera goes back off her then on her and the cup is clear again.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith
The movie is supposed to take place in and around NY City, however during the car chase where Angelina and Brad are fighting off the three BMW's, a wide shot clearly shows a street sign showing Los Angeles.
