Crazy about perfumes!!!!

I was just recollecting how much i would have spent for all my perfumes. The result was shocking as i realized that it is a big sum of money(Big enough to get me a MAC book) Never mind. I would love to try all new brands, new fragrances , though it may be disappointing at times and i never got tired. Among the perfumes i used, the best one was D & G. The fragrance was so different as it smells like musk initially but later it turns a bit sweeter and smoother. Then the second perfume that tops my list is Paco Rabanne( 1 million). This one is really strong and is of the typical macho style as it has a spicy leather fragrance. Some of my all time favorites are Hugo Boss, Fahrenheit, Channel, Bvlgari,Ralph lauren etc. I heard recently that cannabis plant is used to make weed perfume and this made the possession of the roots, stalks and stems of this plant legal. That sounded interesting and i may want to try it once and i hope i dont get high:)

Weather in Arizona

Hi people,
In my earlier post i was talking about the weather in chennai(India) and its extreme conditions. Now i thought why not share the weather conditions prevailing in arizona as its weather is also highly abnormal with some parts in the lower elevation having mild winter and hot summers(Desert climate). The Arizona state experience a temperature of about 60 degree Fahrenheit in late fall and the minimum recorded temperature is about 45-75 degree Fahrenheit. The maximum recorded temperature ranges from 90-120 degree Fahrenheit. As the state primarily has dry climate the temperature variations between day and night are quite common. In spite of its extreme variation in the climate the state attracts a good number of travelers. A few important must see cities and towns in Arizona state are Downtown Phoenix,Tucson, Yuma, Flagstaff etc. There are several beautiful, gorgeous resorts which would be the first choice for the travelers to sit back and have some relaxation. Scottsdale real estate has some of the finest properties of AZ and no doubt it offers its customers a great deal of happiness and satisfaction.

Chennai famous for "The scorching heat"

It is the fag end of June where several parts of India started getting monsoonal rains but Chennai as usual, little out of normal, has not yet escaped the burning fangs of the sun. The weather is no better than it was few months before. Going out in afternoons still remain a daunting task where you can see people going by two wheelers keep their faces draped in cotton clothes like the 'Egyptian mummies’. It may sound funny but the real fact is they have no other choice than to stand the heat. Adding fuel to the fire, the traffic jam in almost every corner of the streets, signals, subways etc makes the commutation from place to another a hell. It is natural and we know that every living being will learn to adapt themselves for the changes that happen in their environment. This is really true as if you go and ask any common man about the afternoon travel in the city there will not be much exaggeration. His reply will be” It is a yet another sunny day".
When you go deep in to the analysis the real truth is, we are just experiencing the reaction due to the changes we made to the nature.
-Trees are being cut everywhere ruthlessly
-Excessive disposal of waste in to the river which gave a new term to the sewage water in Chennai called "Koovam" which in earlier days considered as an important navigational river.
-Uncontrolled exploitation of land for commercial and residential purposes
These human interventions with the nature have ultimately increased the intensity of the summer seasons making it more unbearable.

Myself as a common man has some few solutions for these problems. If my voice can reach some responsible ears I will be the happiest person on the earth to see my city green and clean.
- The residential houses and commercial buildings should be given approval only if some percentage of the total space is allocated for the planting of trees.
There should be a law to enforce it and it should not be just a mere procedure.
-storm water drains along the road side should be well-maintained and the water coming in to them should be used to recharge the ground water. This will prevent the stagnation of rain water in the roads even during heavy rains.
-Our roads are actually designed to last for 10 -20years. But the appalling condition of just a one year old road makes it evident that there is some big loophole some where in the construction procedures. To get over this problem and to keep up the quality parameters, the contractor who is responsible for a road construction should be made accountable for the damage occurs to the road within its design life. This will prevent corruption and improves the road quality standards.
-Decentralized waste water purifying plants should be set up and it should be enforced that the waste water should be disposed in to the river only after proper treatment.

All these points I have said is nothing new. But they just remain as a law in papers. It will not take much time for the people to realize the importance of balancing with the nature, making the city a better place to live.

Ethical hackers get paid!!

With the increased use of internet for online transactions, online banking and to maintain the security aspects of confidential information Ethical Hacking is a tool which can be used to effectively counteract and protect a company’s resources. A Certified Ethical Hacker thinks like a normal hacker but his motive is not to destroy rather to protect. The EC-Council | iClass Platform offers several online courses for security like Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, Computer Forensics
,Disaster Recovery and Secure Programming. The country is seeing an increased dependence on Information technology in several fields and even the public sectors prefer to upgrade themselves to this technology. In order to prevent these companies from hands of hackers IT Security is one important area they have to work on. Penetration testing is one branch of security studies which is used to perform an exhaustive assessment of possible threats that could be faced by a company and also to find a solution to overcome it. In order to recover a deleted or corrupted data which could be a useful piece of information to identify the hacker's footprint computer forensics are used. Disaster recovery is all about predicting the future risks and to suggest an action plan to heel the damage that has occurred. These kinds of courses can create awareness among the company about the potential hazards so that they can equip themselves to fight back the hackers.

"INDIA-2009" in my perspective

First of all Wishing all my buddies a very very happy and blissful New year!.Every New year we all hope that it should a prosperous one for us and all our wish list should get fulfilled. Yeah obviously because a good thought creates a positive vibration and drives a person in a right-way. But when we look back ,the year 2008 was more horrific for us because of the "TERRORISM". Our self-centered ideals are of no more to use to our present day living. When it is possible for just a handful of terrorists to create such a mayhem why not it is possible for a 1.14 billion to "shift+delete" them from our country???All that we want to do is to stay united. By the word United i mean to have a common views irrespective of our origin. During the Mumbai attack i saw a sms from one of the viewers in a popular news channel saying-"Our politicians divide our country where as the terrorists unite us" yeah that is absolutely true and we cant deny it. At least in this New year let our politicians stop this blame game and think about a solution for this problem. Let us all keep our fingers crossed and hope for things to get better at least before the next NEW YEAR.

Cheers
Adithya

Got a wish!!!

It's time for Christmas celebrations and high time for partying. We can see friends and families get together and share their gifts as a token of love. Kiddos will be expecting for a surprise gift from Santa Clause. But apart from these usual celebrations why can’t we try something new for this Christmas to surprise our buddies??I came across this website sitonsantslap.com. It allows the user to upload his/her photo where a video of Santa explaining about the nostalgic features of this website will appear in one side of the home page of the website. Once when you finish uploading your photo and your personal details like your wish list, the photo you have uploaded will appear in that video. The Santa will have a photo frame in his hand which will have the photo you uploaded. I was amazed to look at that and was totally surprised. It was really a pleasant experience to see that video which has my picture yippee! This website also has one more feature called CEIVA digital frames. All that you have got to do is to send the photo to that website you want to gift either from your computer or from the WiFi enabled mobile phone. Then select the photo frame of your choice and send it to your loved ones as nothing can be more special than giving a personalized gift.

This website has a contest on daily basis where a random entry will be selected and will be rewarded a cash prize of 500$ for each winner. I got myself enrolled in this website to rock my Christmas celebrations and got a wish!!!

Check out the video which has my picture

Maruti Astar review

Yet another economical version of Maruti is "Astar". It is a five seater hatchback car. Its front design looks quite similar to Hyundai's i10 but pretty small when compared to its size. The Astar is equipped with 998cc, 3 cyl, MPFi, KB-series petrol engine. The can generate 67 Bhp at 6200 rpm which is quite good for such a small car. The car was made according to the European standards and the company has planned to export the car under different names to 150 countries. The interior of the car is a bit cramped and it is not much comfortable for those who are 6" tall.( Obviously not for me:)).The body of the car has a 'butterfly wing' design so the rear windows are small when compared to the front ones. Like the Maruti's swift has launched A-Star in 3 variants - Lxi, Vxi & Zxi.
The top version Zxi has the following features:
1) Power windows.
2) Power Steering.
3) Remote central locking.
4) Driver & Passenger Airbag.
5) Anti Lock Braking System (ABS).
6) Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD).
7) CD Player with 4 Speakers.
8) Dash-Mounted Tachometer.
9) Remote Boot & Remote Fuel Filler.
10) Rear Defogger with Rear Wiper/Washer.
11) Fog Lamps.

Prices of the three variants are:
(Ex-Showroom Mumbai)

Lxi - 364500.00(INR)
Vxi -
396500.00(INR)
Zxi -
432000.00(INR)

This car is pretty good for heavily crowded cities like chennai as parking space required for this car is very less and it is quite fuel efficient too!

"Lonely Movie"-My personal experience

That was the day where my one month of torture got over (Semester exams). I decided to celebrate it by going for the "Vaaranam aairam" movie. I started messaging all contacts right from a-z in my mobile to find out who are all coming for the movie. But i got no as reply from everyone as they all saw that movie before itself. These kind of incidents are not quite new for me so I decided to go alone for the movie. I got all kind of worst criticism from my friends that how pathetic i am to go for a movie alone. What is so much odd in going for a movie alone???i decided not to give a dam for them and proceeded with my plan. I booked for the evening show and the movie was scheduled to start by 6:45p.m as usual i went late to the theatre with a great curiosity to know what i missed. When I turned to the guy next to me asking what happened in the first few minutes of the movie he gave a worst look on earth saying that the movie has not started yet. Thank god! I got myself comfortable and eased myself by stretching my legs and leaning against the cushioned seat. The movie started and everything went well. The movie was so interesting that I never repented for going alone. Suddenly the guy next to me called me and asked me to turn off my mobile as the light from my mobile is disturbing him when ever I get a sms it seems. So I was having the mobile away from him. But still he was not ok with that and he wanted me to turn off my mobile. I got dam pissed off with him and told him "See the movie why looking at what I am doing” He screwed up my mood and I lost the interest in the movie. Then after some time that same guy who was bullying with me got a call in his mobile. I just turned and gave him a cinematic villain sort of look. I realized why going for a movie alone is so horrible at that time and have decided not to do it again in my life.
